Anteneh Melese is a Senior Survey Manager at Hermon Research with over 15 years of experience in research and evaluation. He leads the full cycle of large-scale survey implementation, ensuring high-quality data collection and analysis. His responsibilities span survey planning—including budgeting and training strategies—sample design execution, questionnaire development and pre-testing, enumerator training, field logistics coordination, fieldwork supervision, and data quality assurance. He also oversees data entry, cleaning, and analysis, maintains thorough documentation of survey processes, prepares analytical reports, and provides technical guidance to ensure the timely and effective implementation of projects.

Anteneh holds an MSc in Population Studies (Demography) and a BA in Geography and Environmental Studies, both from Addis Ababa University.
