As former Head of Survey Service at Kimetrica LLC and American Institutes for Research (AIR), Mehari is an expert in survey design, management, and monitoring and evaluation. Mehari has led numerous large-scale surveys in East Africa for over ten years. He has also been involved in People and Program Management, Business Development, Partnership Development, Client Management, and Data Analysis and Report Writing. Mehari has a long history of managing national surveys and censuses in different organizations, including the Central Statistical Agency of Ethiopia. Mehari provides clients with in-depth knowledge and skills on all facets of survey management, from sample design to training to quality control.

In addition to managing large population-based surveys, Mehari provides technical support in monitoring humanitarian conditions in some of the world’s most challenging environments. As the Founder and CEO of Hermon Research Ltd, Mehari is responsible for implementing the vision, mission, and overall direction of the company and its operations. Mehari holds an MSc Degree in Demography and a B.Sc. Degree in Statistics, both from Addis Ababa University, Ethiopia.
