Sharon Mwuangi has more than 10 years of experience in designing, managing, leading, and coordinating multiple surveys in Kenya and South Sudan. She brings extensive knowledge and direct survey field experience in preparing survey materials, providing trainings to the field teams, coordinating main data collection, data quality monitoring and feedback to the field teams, arranging logistics and coordinating with local authorities for both quantitative and qualitative. She has served as Survey Coordinator/ quality control expert, Program Assistant and Field Coordinator mainly for multiple projects/surveys conducted by Kimetrica LLC/ American Institute for Research (AIR) as well as various private firms, NGOs, and UN agencies. As the Director of Hermon Research Ltd, Sharon is responsible for managing and handling the day-to-day operations of the company.
